Fukuhara Kota, a university student plagued by constant misfortune, struggles to make friends due to his embarrassing bad luck. One day, he is rescued by Shinomiya Naoya, a handsome student with supernatural good luck and many friends. Intrigued by Fukuhara, Shinomiya agrees to his request for friendship, though Fukuhara awkwardly phrases it, leading Shinomiya to mistakenly think he’s being asked out on a date.
